Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using AI Smart Prompts (منصة الأوامر الذكية) at aismartprompts.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any clause, do not use the platform. The platform was founded and is overseen by Dr. Haitham Alrasheed and is operated from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. The service

The platform provides a prompt library, interactive tools and calculators, AI-powered assistants, articles and news, training courses, and a digital market for products we sell ourselves (books, courses, subscriptions). The service evolves, so we may add, change or discontinue features.

3. Your account

• You must be 13 or older to create an account.
• Your login is your email address; a display name is optional.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done from your account.
• You must give a valid address you actually own; some services open only after the address is confirmed.
• Creating multiple accounts to get around usage limits or free offers is not allowed.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for:

• Any unlawful or harmful activity.
• Posting abusive, discriminatory or pornographic content.
• Infringing anyone's intellectual property.
• Attacking or damaging the platform, or bulk-scraping its content.
• Sending spam.
• Reselling tool output or paid product files, or sharing them with others.

5. Intellectual property

The platform's content — text, images, tools, prompts and courses — belongs to the platform or is licensed to it, and may not be copied or redistributed without prior written permission. What you write, and the output you obtain for your own use, is yours and we claim no ownership of it; note, however, that machine-generated content may be similar between different users and may not be protectable as an original work. Paid book and course files are licensed to you personally, not to others.

6. AI output is not professional advice

This is the most important clause on the page:

• Everything produced by the tools, assistants and calculators is educational and assistive material only.
• None of it is legal or regulatory advice, financial or investment advice, a certified engineering or professional opinion, a medical diagnosis or advice, or a religious ruling, and it creates no professional relationship between you and us.
• AI models make mistakes and fabricate convincing-looking information; their figures, legal articles and references may be inaccurate or out of date.
• Before any decision with financial, legal or health consequences, verify the information at its official source and consult a qualified professional. Responsibility for your decisions remains yours.

This applies without exception to calculators and tools dealing with labour rights, end-of-service benefits, costing and financial markets, and to all tool-generated content.

7. Purchases, payment and refunds

• Each product's price is shown on its page; the price that applies is the one shown at checkout at the moment of purchase.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy on their pages; your card details never pass through our server. Your bank may add conversion fees.
• Digital products unlock in your account once payment is confirmed. If something does not unlock, write to us and we will fix it.
• Cancellation and refund terms are on the Refund Policy page, which forms part of these terms.
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• We may change prices in future; that does not affect a purchase you completed beforehand.

8. What you put into the tools

What you type into the AI tools is sent to a third-party model provider and processed there — detailed in section 3 of the Privacy Policy. You therefore undertake not to enter confidential or sensitive information, nor other people's personal data without the right to do so, nor content owned by a third party that you have no right to transmit.

9. Free offers

We sometimes give a product away free in exchange for registering with your email. Such offers are limited to a limited number of copies, and we may change, pause or withdraw them at any time without prior notice, and may refuse the offer to anyone trying to claim it more than once through multiple accounts or addresses. Whatever has already been granted to you stays in your library.

10. Content and community

What you post in the community remains your responsibility, and we may remove any post that breaches section 4. Some community posts and dialogues are generated by AI and are labelled as such, so they are not attributable to a real person. Much of the platform's content is produced with AI assistance under human review — see the disclosure page.

11. Account termination

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms or harm the platform or its users. You may close your account whenever you wish by writing to us. Closing an account does not forfeit a refund due to you under the refund policy.

12. Disclaimer and limits of liability

Services are provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free content. We are not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from your reliance on tool output, to the extent permitted by law. This clause does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi judicial authorities have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

14. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms; an amendment is announced by changing the "last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change is material we notify members by email or by a notice on the platform.
