Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 October 2026

In short: whatever you type into the platform's AI tools is sent to a third-party model provider (Google) to generate the answer, and we do not store the text of those conversations in our database. Google Analytics and Google Ads run on every page. We do not sell your data. We never see your card details.

1. Who we are and what this covers

AI Smart Prompts (منصة الأوامر الذكية), at aismartprompts.com. This policy describes what we actually collect from visitors and members, and who processes it with us. It was written by reading the platform's own code, so it contains no promises the platform does not keep.

2. What we actually collect

  • Account data: your email address (which is your login), your password stored only as a bcrypt hash that cannot be reversed, and a display name that is optional. If you sign in with Google we receive only your email and display name.
  • Visit log: time, page, referring site's domain, a source tag if you arrived through a tagged link, and whether the device is mobile — together with a hashed IP fingerprint that changes every day to tell visitors apart. Your raw IP address is not kept in this log.
  • In-account activity log: which tool you used and when, linked to your account id.
  • Contact form: name, email, message, and your raw IP address (abuse prevention). This is the only place on the public platform where we keep an unhashed address.
  • Email delivery log: the recipient's domain, a hash of the address, and the delivery status — so we can check that confirmations and download links arrived.
  • What you create yourself: results, documents and course progress you save stay in your account so you can return to them.
  • Newsletter: your email and a personal unsubscribe token, if you subscribe.

We do not ask for government IDs, bank details or your location, and we do not buy data about you from anyone.

3. AI tools: your content is processed by a third party

This is the most important point on the page, and we state it plainly:

  • What you type into the assistants and smart tools is sent to Google through the Gemini API to generate the answer, and is processed there under Google's terms and policies, not ours.
  • We do not store the text of your assistant conversations in our database. We may record that you used a tool and when — not what you wrote in it.
  • Because the processing happens at a third party, do not enter confidential or sensitive information into any AI tool: protected business data, client information, national IDs, health data, or anything you would not accept leaving your device. Use the tools to build structures and templates, then apply them inside your own secure environment.
  • Some media tools may send your request to audio, image or video generation providers, to the extent needed to fulfil it.

If you want to use the platform without any of your content going to a third party, stay with the content, articles and library and do not use the generative tools.

4. Analytics and advertising

Two Google tags load on every page of the platform:

  • Google Analytics 4 — to measure visits and how people move between pages.
  • Google Ads — to measure our paid campaigns, i.e. which ad led to a registration or a purchase.

Both set Google's own cookies and send your browsing on this platform to Google. You can switch that off from your Google account settings or with a tracking-blocker in your browser, and the platform will still work.

We also run our own internal measurement that never leaves our server, based on the hashed fingerprint described in section 2. Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google whenever you open a page.

5. Who processes your data with us

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone. The parties that handle it in order to run the service are:

  • Hostinger — server and database hosting.
  • Google — the AI model (Gemini), analytics, advertising, Google sign-in, and fonts.
  • Lemon Squeezy — payments and invoicing. Payment happens on their pages, not ours, so your card details never reach our server and we never see them; we receive the order's email, amount and status so we can unlock what you bought.
  • Brevo — relaying our outgoing email to you.

We may disclose data where a law or competent authority requires it, or to protect the platform and its users from actual abuse. We share it for no other purpose without your consent.

6. Cookies

What we set ourselves:

  • Session cookie — required to keep you signed in. Without it an account cannot work.
  • aisp_ft — records where you first reached us, so we know which channel actually brings interested people.
  • pc_tok and pc_pv — to remember your participation in the daily prompt challenge.
  • mjv_… — to remember your vote in community discussions so it is not counted twice.

Google sets its own cookies as described in section 4. You can delete or block cookies in your browser at any time, bearing in mind that blocking the session cookie prevents signing in.

7. Retention

Stated as it really is: there is currently no automated job that deletes records after a set period. Your account data stays as long as your account does, and visit and activity logs are kept for measurement until you ask us to delete them or we clear them manually. If you ask us to delete your account we delete its data, while hashed records that do not identify you may remain, along with purchase records we are required to keep.

8. Security

The platform runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes, and paid book files sit outside the website folder so they are served only to those entitled to them. Even so, no website can guarantee absolute security, and we do not make you that promise.

9. Your rights and how to use them

  • Change your name or password: directly in your account dashboard.
  • Unsubscribe from the newsletter: one click, from the link at the bottom of any email.
  • Access, correct, or delete your data and account: write to us and we will carry it out.

Content already sent to the model provider is subject to their policies, and we cannot delete it on their side.

10. Children

The platform is not intended for anyone under 13, and an account should not be created for a child younger than that. If we learn of such an account we delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We update this page when what the platform does with data changes — that is the only reason to update it. The date at the top is the date of the last real change.
